- Write things down in a notebook and carry it everywhere.
- Don’t be rushed into decisions when you feel the anxiety is affecting your judgement – people are usually happy to wait.
- Expect to be tired – your anxiety will produce muscular tension and fatigue.
- You may get headaches when you are not eating properly or are very tense or tired, so try to guard against this by eating regularly and resting when you can.
