Do you need help to relax or manage stress and anxiety?

That's where our relaxation and stress management courses come in. They are practical, focussed and effective, teaching you "Life skills" you never lose. All over the country our specially-trained practitioners and teachers run courses for people who want to learn the real skills of proper relaxation and stress management, or just want to keep balance in their lives.

Sessions usually last about one and a half hours and a full course is four sessions normally at weekly intervals.
