Do you need help to relax? The pressures of everyday life mean that more and more people are looking for help in coping with the effects of prolonged stress. It's not just major life events, it's the constant pressure of daily setbacks and frustrations that can be so undermining - and difficult to recover from. That's where our relaxation courses come in. All over the country our specially-trained teachers run relaxation courses for small groups of people who want to learn the real skills of proper relaxation and stress management, or just want to keep balance in their lives. Classes usually last about one and a half hours and a full course is four classes at weekly or twice-weekly intervals. The Relaxation for Living method has been tried and trusted for more than 35 years. It's drug-free, entirely evidence-based and used by healthcare professionals throughout the NHS and private practice. By the time you've finished one of our relaxation courses you'll have a real understanding of the causes and symptoms of anxiety and you'll have learned simple exercises and techniques to help you feel better.
